A historic reinvention in the heart of Belgravia: Pantechnicon is more than a destination, it’s a cultural and culinary landmark, blending Japanese and Nordic influences within an iconic 19th-century building in Belgravia. Originally built in 1830 as a warehouse for arts and crafts, the Grade II-listed structure has been restored and reimagined.

Atelier was brought in to deliver the full furniture fit-out for three of Pantechnicon's standout restaurants: Amelie, Bar Luum, and Sachi. Working closely with principal contractor GF Holding and interior design visionaries Sagrada Studio, our role was to bring the creative vision to life with precision.

Three distinct but sustainable experiences.

Amelie
A relaxed French brasserie on the ground & first floors, Amelie blends warm textures and timeless elegance. Our joinery and furniture choices were designed to reflect its classic yet casual tone, with refined timber finishes and stone detailing that elevate everyday dining.

Bar Luum
Underground, Bar Luum is a late-night Latin American lounge that redefines contemporary sophistication. We delivered bespoke bars, wall panelling, and waiter stations with custom metalwork, alongside clean-lined joinery designed as a subtle framework for Sagrada’s richly textural design language. The result is a space where form and function align seamlessly, enhancing both the atmosphere and the guest experience.

Sachi
A kappo-style Japanese dining experience rooted in tradition and intimacy, Sachi required exceptional attention to detail. Atelier supplied intricate joinery, panelling & ceiling detailing, custom stonework, and precise metal elements for the bar area, all aligning with the restaurant's calm, curated aesthetic.

Every element of this project reflects Atelier's commitment to quality. Working in tandem with GF Holding and Sagrada, we navigated complex timelines, protected the building’s historic fabric, and delivered a result that speaks to both innovation and heritage.
